An entire FRP job at SPIC - HCD for their new membrane cell project of 165 TPD valued Rs.2.75 crores was completed in 1996. The job involved were :

Fabrication and supply of CL2 drying tower as per the designs of M/s. Protech Consultants Pvt., Ltd. Chennai.
2 nos., of CL2 absorption tower of 1.5 mts ID x IO mts height
PVC/FRP, Pure FRP vessels for CL2 plant and Sodium Hypo plant
Fabrication, FRP reinforcement of CPVC pipes for the entire purified brine line, return brine line etc., Line size 25 NB to 700 NB
Total fabrication and erection of PVC/FRP, Pure FRP pipes and fittings for chemical treatment, primary brine, CL2 plant, Hypo plant and water treatment plants
We also executed the entire piping for the polished brine systems under the supervision of M/s. Birla Technical Services, New Delhi.
